My film "HUMAN NATURE" is doing a festival
run this year. So far I have submitted the
film to a number of festival and have been
selected to the following:
* Animfest Athens Greece
* Cartoons on the Bay Italy
* California International Animation Festival
* Film Festival della Lessinia Italy
* Neum Animated Film Festival Bosnia &
Hercegovine
* Digi2011 Greece
* CIFF 2011 Cyprus
* Monza Motor Film Festival 2011 Italy
The film was also selected to participate to
the "Lessons in the dark" children's
educational program in India.

I just finished a short 3d animated film with
the title "HUMAN NATURE" I did most of the
artistic and technical work on it and Kostas
Christides did the music. Right now I'm
trying to send it in a few festivals and see
how it performs.

The production of our second Christmas
special show, "The Boy and the Tree" is
completed
This is the second 3D production of our
Greek studio and it is co-produced by ERT,
the national Greek TV channel, myself and
Panagiotis Rappas. Evgenios Trivizas is the
writter.

Feature Though the company that created
Crime Time has ordered another 92 shows!
Looks like the shows are becoming very
popular and there is international interest
from many television stations. The shows
were even screened in theatres in India.
I will be directing the 92 shows and writing
about half of the stories. Kostas Christides
will be joining the team for the music score.

My company in Greece. Time Lapse
Pictures, is producing a minute long
commercial for the Greek Ministry of Sports
and Athletics. It is part of a campaign
focused to get kids off the video games and
back to traditional sports and group games.
It is noted that now days kids spend more
time playing video games than traditional
games with interaction with other kids of
their age. Together with my partner
Panagiotis Rappas we wrote the main story
of the spot. I was responsible for all shots
of the basket ball video game and basket
ball players singing.

ASIFA-Hollywood has nominated me for an
individuals achievement award for my
storyboard work in the Dreamworks
animated feature film “THE BEE MOVIE”.

ASIFA-Hollywood is the Los Angeles chapter
of The International Animated Film Society
dedicated to the advancement of the art of
animation. Every year they award
excellence in the field of animation through
the Annie awards.

I just returned from a two months trip to my
studio in Athens Greece.
The production of our show; The little
mouse that wanted to touch a star is at it's
final stage.
This is the first 3D production of our Greek
studio and it is co-produced by ERT, the
national Greek TV channel.

Crime time is a series of 28 hilarious
animated short stories about a small time
crook with the worst luck in the world.
Anything this guy does goes wrong on him
and backfires. Most of the times he either
ends up in jail or gets into physical trouble.
His two enemies a group of a fat and thin
policemen with limited sense of compassion
for his misfortunes.
I directed 26 of the 28 flash animation
episodes which are produced by Feature
Though productions in India and aiming for
the Internet and web cast market. My friend
Kostas Christides ( Spiderman 3
orchestration ) is writing the music for the
26 episodes.

Animax just informed me that the"Off
Mikes" 3rd season show is nominated again
for an EMMY, this time for the short subject
broadband category. The nomination come
after ESPN send 3 of the episodes that I
storyboarded to the National Academy of
Television for consideration. "Off Mikes"
won the 2006 Sports EMMTY award for
Outstanding Achievement in Content for
Non-Traditional Delivery Platforms.
I was nominated as Animation Director.

I just finished directing a 16 minutes short
animated insert for a live action movie. The
movie is called "Universal remote" and is
directed by Gary Hardwick.

I just won my first EMMY AWARD. The show
is called “Off-Mikes,” and I did most of the
animatic and storyboard work for the last 2
years.
Animax Entertainment, a leading animation
production studio, won a Sports Emmy
Award for “Off-Mikes,” the weekly original
animated series they produce for ESPN.
com. Animax Entertainment and ESPN.com
won for Outstanding Achievement in
Content for Non-Traditional Delivery
Platforms, a category that the National
Academy of Television Arts & Sciences
debuted this year.
This is Animax’s first Emmy Award and it is
also quite likely the first time character
animation has ever won a Sports Emmy
Award.

Today I added a link with illustrations at my
portfolio page and did some re-designing of
the portfolio page itself. I'm in an effort to
get as much of my work as possible up
there but I'm afraid a good part of it it's still
in Greece and until I go back there I can't
have access to it.

Finally I managed to publish my web site.
This has been a long time goal of mine but I
never had the time to collect all the material
or learn how to do it. Well... thanks to yahoo
it couldn't have been any easier.
It still needs lots of work and additions but I
think it's a start.
